Moreover, we increased lipophilicity, since for GBM treatment this strategy often helps therapeutic drugs, including small molecules, in reaching the tumor target [23,24]. Compounds 7 and 25 inhibited the growth of both GMB and CML cells, including those expressing the T315I mutation, at nanomolar concentrations.
