Successful Regional Anesthesia in a Patient with Epidermolysis Bullosa

Abstract

The successful conduct of regional anesthesia for upper extremity surgery in a young patient with recessive epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica is described. A brief review of the primary disease and anesthetic considerations also are presented.
