Problems with Neurolytic Blocks for Cancer Pain in Patients Receiving Narcotics and Psychoactive Drugs: A Case Report

A case report is presented which discusses the differential diagnosis of complications following neurolytic block. These complications ultimately proved to be due to inappropriate use of depressant medication and responded well to withdrawal of the drugs.
